The EU 2030 Strategy for Sustainable Textiles is a direct result of identifying the textile industry as a priority sector for targeted sustainability initiatives by the European Green Deal, the Circular Economy Action Plan and the Industrial Strategy. The goal of the EU, through this initiative, is to lay a path forward to a carbon neutral circular economy.
